In the Press
Stuart is in the papers again, we won our case against the Torbay Hospitality Association, who overcharged us for advertising and forgot to reduce the VAT rate charged to members last year when it went from 17.5% to 15.0% I hope they are going to contact their members and repay the excess money they have taken.http://www.thisissouthdevon.co

Most of the time companies overcharge on accident. There are unscrupulous companies that overcharge on purpose to see if you catch it. There are other unethical circumstances too. If you write, draw or create something and someone plagiarizes it, you have the right to seek patent infringement litigation. Both instances people (hence companies) take advantage by overcharging and stealing from the unsuspecting populace.
